LAUNCH "OLIM" - NEW IMMIGRANTS & OLIM TRACK
The Olim Track provides new immigrants with the practical tools, guidance, and confidence needed to integrate successfully into Israeli society and the local job market. Through tailored career development workshops, CV and LinkedIn support, networking opportunities, Hebrew workplace terminology, and exposure to Israel’s professional culture, participants gain clarity, direction, and the opportunity to develop personal or community-focused business ventures as they build their new lives in Jerusalem.
LAUNCH IDF - Discharged IDF Lone Soldiers Track
The Lone Soldier Track offers a supportive, empowering space for discharged soldiers to translate their discipline, leadership, and resilience into meaningful civilian career pathways. Through mentorship, practical skill-building, innovation training, and guided career exploration, participants learn how to navigate the transition from military service to the workforce while developing the confidence, tools, and mindset needed for long-term success in Israel.

Meet TheTeam!
Entreprenohr is co-founded by David Kramer, together with Ohrsom Gap-Year Program in Israel. David is an educator, entrepreneur, and author with over 20 years of experience in Israel and Jewish education, advocacy, and personal development. He is known for creating innovative, meaningful programs that connect participants to Israel in the most awesome way.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals, including startup founders, mentors, business coaches, and educators, who bring real-world expertise to every step of the journey. With deep roots in Israel’s startup and professional ecosystems, they’re not only leaders in their fields but also passionate guides, available throughout the program to support, challenge, and inspire participants as they grow.
