FWD Israel is a high-impact career development and entrepreneurship program designed to empower participants with the essential skills, knowledge, and real-world experience needed to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world. Through company visits, dynamic workshops, team-based challenges, mentorship, and networking, participants build critical career competencies, develop entrepreneurial thinking, and gain meaningful insight into Israel’s unique culture of creativity, resilience, and global impact. The Entreprenor course was developed together with the Ohrsom Student gap-year program in Israel.

The FWD Career Development & Future of Work Skills Course is designed for new immigrants, Israeli professionals, and young adults seeking the essential tools to succeed in today’s rapidly evolving workforce. Blending practical training in the most relevant professional skills, those rarely taught in school or university but crucial for gaining a competitive edge. Participants also benefit from Israel-specific career guidance, including navigating the local job market, building a strong professional network, and developing a clear roadmap toward securing meaningful employment in Israel.

"Reclaim The Narrative" Israel Advocacy Training Course

Reclaim the Narrative is an educational training seminar designed to empower young Jews to stand up for Israel and the Jewish people in an era of rising antisemitism and anti-Zionism. Through dynamic and interactive workshops, site-visits to geopolitical hotspots and meetings with thought-leaders and spokespeople, participants gain the tools to learn Israel’s realities, challenge falsehoods, express their identities confidently, and communicate Israel’s story with clarity, creativity, and courage.

FWD Social Innovation & Impact Program

The FWD Israel Social Entrepreneurship & Impact Program introduces participants to Israel’s vibrant social impact ecosystem through immersive visits and meetings with leading NGOs, charities, and volunteer organizations across diverse fields. Participants engage directly with founders, professionals, and volunteers to gain firsthand insight into how social responsibility, innovation, and mission-driven leadership shape meaningful change in Israeli society. Design For Israel - Team Building Activism Workshop

Get ready to design, create, advocate, and express your Israel story like never before! In this hands-on workshop, participants discover how art, design, and messaging can become powerful tools for activism. Working in teams, they learn how to craft compelling narratives, design impactful visuals, and build mini digital campaigns that communicate what Israel and the Jewish story mean to them. By the end, each group walks away with their own original digital activism campaign - ready to share, inspire, and garner support among their peers.

The "Israel Brand Challenge" Workshop

In this high-energy, hands-on simulation, participants take on the role of Israel’s top brand and communications team. Their mission: build a bold, values-driven campaign that can move people, shift perceptions, and “win hearts and minds” around the world.
